Who can participate as a table holder?
Any collector or dealer in Olympic stamps and other philatelic products, coins, medals, badges, pins and memorabilia is invited to apply to become a table holder at the 25th World Olympic Collectors’ Fair, Warsaw 2019.
Are there different types of tables?
There is only one type of table (price is for the entire 3-day period of the Olympic Fair):
Table (€65) is 135 cm x 65 cm (a few tables of 150 cm x 75 cm are available on a first-come basis at the same price). Tables will generally be arranged in parallel rows. More than one table may be rented.
Special requests for table composition should be addressed to the Organizer using the Contact Form.
May I share a table with another exhibitor?
No, you may not share the table with another exhibitor, but you may register a second person as an assistant.
What kind of furnishings are included with the table?
All tables come with a cloth table cover and a name sign affixed to the table. Each table is furnished with 2 chairs. If multiple tables are combined, the number of chairs will be increased on an as-needed basis. An electrical outlet is provided only if a lamp is ordered.
Is there a storage room for heavier items?
Yes. Table holders may store heavier/bulkier items in a special storage room during the Fair.
Are display cases and table lamps available?
Yes, locking table-top display cases (made of wood with a tempered glass top and measuring 90 cm long x 70 cm wide x 13 cm deep) are available for rent for €15 each. Table lamps are also available for €10 each. These should be reserved at the same time that you sign up for your table. All cases and lights must be turned in by 4PM Sunday afternoon (the show concludes at 4PM on Sunday). Deadline for reserving displaying cases or lamps is 15 March 2019.
How do I register for a table?
Carefully complete the TABLE REGISTRATION FORM including names of both the exhibitor and single assistant (if applicable). Registration is not complete until your payment is received. Payment may be made using PayPal. Every table holder must also complete the TABLE HOLDER’S AGREEMENT which will be emailed to you. Please note that tables are assigned on a first-come basis. Deadline for reserving tables is 31 March 2019.
How and when do I pay for my table?
Payment is required upon completion of the TABLE REGISTRATION FORM. Payment is accepted only in EURO and may be made through PayPal (please note that a 4% service charge will be added to cover the PayPal fee).
May I make a single payment for both my table and events?
Yes, you may pay for your tables, lamps, cases AND events all at one time. We recommend you complete and submit both your TABLE REGISTRATION FORM and EVENT REGISTRATION FORM before completing your payment with PayPal.
Is security provided?
Yes, there is 24-hour security at the Olympic Centre. There is no need to pack up your materials at night. The Olympic Center will have a storage room for heavier/bulkier items.
