Join us for a special tour of the relics and heritage of the 1940 and 1944 Olympics in WWII P.O.W. camps for Polish officers. This is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to view this special presentation of original memorabilia from the “international Olympics” held behind the barbed wire of Oflag XIII A Langwasser 1940, Oflag II C Woldenberg and Oflag IID Gross Born Camp. Also on display: “To Survive with Honor … Sports and the Olympic Spirit in POW Camps,” an international gold medal philatelic exhibit. The tour will be guided by Mr, Michał Puszkarski (Museum of Sport & Tourism in Warsaw) and Dr. Roman Babut (Polish Club of Olympic & Sports Philately “OLYMPIAN”), and will be followed by a glass of wine.
