WARSAW 2019 UPDATE #3
Close of table
April 1, 2019
Dear Participants and Friends of the WARSAW 2019 Fair,
On behalf of the Organizing Committee, I am very pleased to be able to announce that we have sold all the tables at the WARSAW 2019 Olympic Fair. As a consequence, the table reservation page is now inactive.
I would also like to thank everyone very much for the efficient and conscientious payment for the reserved tables and special events. The system of receiving payments through our PayPal link has proven to be 99% successful.
In total, over 170 collectors from 29 countries have registered for events.
There are still a few tickets remaining for the Gala Dinner. I invite those who are still undecided not to delay in making a reservation. You certainly do not want to miss the opportunity to chat with old friends and make new acquaintances.
We are also pleased about the great interest generated by the Silent Auction; over 120 people have registered to attend. To be truly successful we will need a large number of attractive prizes to be auctioned. I am confident that each of you will make a donation of one or more sensational items!
We are amazed at the incredible enthusiasm for our museum tour exploring the history of the 1940 and 1944 Olympics. In fact, so many of you have signed up to attend that we have exceeded the capacity of the museum’s hall, which is restricted by the fire safety regulations. Therefore, we must limit the number of participants to table holders and their accompanying persons. As of today, the event is sold out. In the coming days, we will inform you about the final decision of the Museum. For those who registered as visitors, we hope to be able to offer a second date for the museum tour. We apologize for this inconvenience!
With Olympic greetings,
